Job DESCRIPTION:

• Manage the infrastructure services and operations for both on-premises and cloud technologies.
• Manage infrastructure and operations by service and experience-level agreements.
• Maintain a stable and secure IT infrastructure.
• Determine how to further develop administrations and increment functional effectiveness.
• Manage and govern continuous service delivery and upgrades.
• Support, monitor, and manage applications and cloud computing systems.
• Use technical knowledge to diagnose and address application issues.
• Improve program management and enhance technology delivery quality. Track and monitor project management activities in Technical Delivery Centers.
• Proactively monitor, manage, and report on the execution of deliverables and resolve difficulties.
• Manage different stakeholders to align priorities and directions.
• Create apps with a low-code development platform, tailoring systems for each client’s specific needs.
• Work with three main components: form builders, pre-built templates, a drag-and-drop visual interface, and an entity builder.
• Research and analyze internal company processes to optimize and automate them.
• Development of test designs, techniques, cases, and data.
• Apply business and functional information, such as testing standards, guidelines, and methodology, to satisfy the team’s overall test objectives.
• Responsible for creating test cases for usability testing.
• Prepare all reports about software testing performed.
• Analyze the data and then report back to the development team.

Eligibility:

• Minimum criteria: Non-engineering graduate / postgraduate degrees such as B.Sc., BCA, BBA, B.A, B.Com., etc. (apart from the technical stream of B.E/B.Tech/ME/Mtech or MCA or MSc (CS/IT/Computer Applications/Data Science/Computer Science & Applications)- any year of pass out until 2024
• There are no ongoing backlogs during application and/or onboarding.
• You should have completed your relevant degree (which is required for this job type) within the time frame specified. As a result, your education ought to stay continuous. For example, you must complete your BBA in three years or your M.Sc. (PG) in two years.
• A candidate couldn’t have participated in any Accenture Hiring tests or interviews within the last three months.
• Candidates should have no more than 23 months of full-time experience.
• Candidates must be nationals of the nation or hold the required work permit files. Please keep in mind that Bhutanese and Nepalese citizens are not required to obtain an employment permit in India. For employment in India, all other foreign nationals must have a working visa, a citizen Indian (OCI), or a Persons from Indian Origin (PIO) card.
• As we provide service for our business across the world, we want you to be flexible enough to operate across multiple time zones/shifts
• Candidates should be willing to work in any of the organization’s operational units or service lines.
• Candidates must be willing to join or relocate to any Accenture office across India.
