Internship Project Details

The intern will be responsible for testing parts of the company ecosystem, such as ground control stations (GCS), autopilots, and the communication part.

Test cases, scripts, and automation frameworks for validating hardware and software functionality will be created and implemented by the intern.

 Analyze test results, report flaws, and guarantee product quality together with developers.

Job Description

The selected intern’s complete responsibilities include:

• Testing Drone Ecosystem Components

 Assist in testing various subsystems, including flight controllers, telemetry systems, and real-time communication protocols.

• Test Case Development & Automation

 Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and automation frameworks to validate software and hardware functionality effectively.

• Bug Analysis & Reporting

 Analyze test results, recognize defects, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues and increase product quality.

•  Automation Scripting in Python

 Write Python scripts to automate testing processes and improve testing productivity.

• Performance & Integration Testing

 Conduct performance, integration, and regression testing across different drone elements.

• Documentation & Feedback

 Document test procedures and results, and provide valuable feedback to improve product reliability and functionality.

• Learning & Research

 Keep up with the most recent developments and technologies in test automation, drone technology, and UAV regulations.

Relevant Experience & Skills

• Proficiency in Python for writing test automation scripts.
• Familiarity with software and hardware testing methodologies.
• Good knowledge of UAV telemetry and communication protocols.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• ability to record test cases, outcomes, and helpful feedback.
• ability to communicate effectively and a willingness to work with others in a group.
