Amazon is hiring fresher for a software development position, and you have some knowledge about AGI’s basic principles and services, which are applicable across all Amazon businesses. Powering this growth in AGI is the requirement for data, on which the ML model relies. AGI Data Services is an important aspect of the AGI company, offering data production, collection, and analytics solutions to help build, evaluate, and train AI models. This organization creates ground truth data to train machine learning models. The team works with various data forms, including audio, video, and photos, and presents the information to internal stakeholders (such as data modeling and product teams).

As a System Development Engineer, you

• build and deploy technology solutions that solve complex business problems for AGI clients.
• Identify and resolve confusing problems, architectural faults, or locations where your team’s systems impede the innovation of other teams, and learn to do the same for others in your business.
• Consider the long-term viability & growth of the systems you create with your team.
• Our solutions are practical, efficient, and cost-effective.
• Make reasonable trade-offs and reuse or extend previous work whenever possible. When confronted with short-term workarounds, you can either avoid them totally, take steps to replace them with long-term solutions, or raise their overuse as needed.
• Thoroughly test your work. You automate and streamline the development, testing, and operations processes.

Skills:

• Strong programming skills in at least one modern language, including Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, and Rust.
• Proficient at automating, deploying, and supporting infrastructure.
• Familiar with Linux and Unix.
• Sound understanding of AWS services and concepts.
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and build procedures.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage numerous activities simultaneously.
• Capable of working independently and maintaining professionalism even under pressure.
