Job Description.
We are searching for an experienced data analyst to do in-depth research, validate contact information, and ensure data integrity and completeness. This position needs a high level of technical knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to manage several projects efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Check and verify contact details and other data.
- Enter approved data into the client’s system correctly and on time.
- Ensure that all data is complete and current. Resolve any issues that occur during research or data entry.
- Track work hours through the client’s system.
- Assist with additional administrative responsibilities, as needed.
Requirements:
- College education, especially with a foundation in a computer-related discipline (e.g., computer science, information technology, data management).
- NBI clearance is necessary upon hiring.
- Must be comfortable utilizing Hubstaff, a time-tracking service.Experienced in data research; furthermore, approval, with solid authoritative and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and correctness.
- Capable of quick learning and adapting to new software and technologies.
- Proficiency with numerous software platforms.
- Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice).
- Good internet with good speed
Hardware Requirement:
- At the very least, a 720p HD webcam.
- A noise-cancelling headset.
- At least a 25 Mbps primary internet connection.
- In the event of a blackout or a crisis, keep a reinforcement PC, web association gadget, and power supply on hand.
- Minimum suggestion for your primary computer: Intel Core i5 or comparable, with 8 GB RAM or more.
- The minimum suggested for your backup computer: Intel Core i3, 4GB RAM
