Job Description

We are looking for experienced manager assistants to perform advanced, diversified, and confidential administrative taxes requiring broad and complete experience, skill and knowledge of organizational policies and practices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage manager calendars, schedule appointments, Organize meetings, and take minutes.
  • Screen and respond to emails, phone calls, and other similarities on the side of the senior manager
  • Prepare, edit, and manage documents, reports, and presentations as required
  • Make travel arrangements, such as booking flights, hotels, and shipping
  • Conduct research and assemble data to support executive decision-making
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Assist with project management tasks, such as tracking the last date and milestones
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate online and in-person events, such as conferences, team meetings, and client engagements
  • Assist in developing standard operating procedures

Requirements

  • College educated.
  • Applicants must give either an NBI Clearance or Police Clearance upon hiring.
  • Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application.
  • Experience in using CRMs and other relevant software
  • Project management experience (Monday, Asana, Trello)
  • Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice)
  • Computer or laptop with the requirement of the internet (min speed of 25 Mbps)

Hardware Requirements

  • At least a 720p HD Webcam.
