Core Responsibilities

• Manage all customer and contact data lifecycle events, including onboarding, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and out-of-business.
• Track and maintain high-confidence matches with third-party services like D&B and ZoomInfo.
• Oversee and consolidate copy records in the framework.
• Measure and report on the overall data quality of customer and contact data versus predefined standards.
• Ticket Management: Manage the many incoming requests related to customer and contact data management. Supporting Field requests to correct specific records, including batch file data loading.
• Reporting and Analytics: Use Salesforce, Big Query, and other tools to generate reports for Data Operations procedures and support requests.
• Data sourcing. Support The assessment and onboarding of existing and new outsider administrations.
• Support specially appointed demands from territorial GTM groups for information-related projects; for example, custom reports from outsiders help with assessment and obtaining.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
