Job Summary

We are seeking a Process Executive (HC) with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our organization. The perfect candidate will have mandatory technical skills in MS Excel and domain experience in Provider and Payer. This is a remote position with night shifts. Proficiency in English (read/write/speak) is required.

Responsibilities

• Enter and analyze data using MS Excel, to support healthcare processes.
• Confirm accuracy and completeness of data in all work.
• Work with team members to simplify processes and improve efficiency.
• Handle provider- and payer-related tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of tolerant information.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers in English.
• Follow company policies and procedures in all activities.
• Provide support for various healthcare projects as per requirement.
• Monitor and report on crucial performance indicators to confirm targets are met.
• Help in the development and implementation of process improvements.
• Participate in a training program to stay updated on industry guidelines.
• Resolve problems and increase rapidly problems to the appropriate channels when necessary.
• Contribute to the overall success of the team by achieving personal and team goals.

Qualifications

• Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel.
• Have domain experience in provider and payer.
• Show proficiency in English (Read/Write Speak).
• Exhibit attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
• Show ability to work alone and as part of a team.
• Show strong communication and extra skills.
• Have a proactive solution to problem-solving and process improvement.

Certifications Required

Certification in MS Excel or related fields is preferred.
