Job Summary

We are looking for a system engineer with 0 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The perfect candidate will have experience in service desk work and will be comfortable working in a rotational shift method. This role is required in our office and does not require travel. The system engineer will play an important role in confirming the smooth work of our IT infrastructure and giving good service to our customers.

Responsibilities

Gives first-tier technical assistance to customers by diagnosing and solving hardware and software issues.
Monitor and maintain the IT system to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Help with the installation configuration and maintenance of the computer system and network.
Respond to timely service desk tickets, which ensures user satisfaction and adherence to SLAs.
Cooperate with other IT team members to prevent and solve complex technical issues.
Document and update technical processes and user guides to improve support processes.
Conduct regular systems checks and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
Participate in the development and implementation of IT policies and processes.
Help user accounts in various systems and manage access rights.
Provide training and assistance to users on new techniques and systems.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to increase supportability.
Confirm approval with company security policies and procedures.
Continue the continuous improvement initiative to increase service desk operations.

Ability

The service desk has a strong understanding of operations and best practices.
Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Display proficiency in installing and configuring computer systems and networks.
Show excellent communication skills to interact effectively with users and team members.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities to diagnose and solve technical issues.
IT knows policies, processes, and safety protocols.
