Description:

• Entry-level position with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, chat, and web tickets. (Calls, web forms, emails, texts, and voicemails).
• Improve task precision and quickness, execute transactions efficiently, and provide excellent client service.
• Effectively communicate verbally and in writing with customers from various nations and cultures (Americas, EMEA, and APAC).
• Record, diagnose, debug, and solve problems and requests for assistance within a defined customer support.
• Follow interaction standards to ensure client happiness, technical accuracy, and efficiency.
• Receive outage alerts along with updates as needed.
• Responsible for resolving assigned incidents/problems and presenting a clear understanding of SLA.
• Improved completion of tasks with timeliness and precision, efficient transaction processing, and proficient incident lifecycle management.
• Regularly reporting and updating supervisors on weekly progress, assignments, and concerns.
• Show flexibility in working several shifts (24×7).
• Accurately and quickly complete tasks, efficiently execute transactions and provide exceptional client service.

Skills:

• 6-18 months of prior job experience (ideally at the service desk)
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Use basic troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve customer issues and requests.
• Presenting necessary communication abilities, both vocal and written.
