Work you will do

Provide support to the US Talent Development Learning operations to service offshore clients in terms of training planning and delivery. It is critical to serve as an advisor and consultant to our clients.

• Manage administrative chores, systems, and data entry.
• Discuss successfully with partners and colleagues.
• Ensure tasks are completed on schedule and accurately.
• Perform quality checks on the jobs before submitting them to the client.
• Ownership and accountability for process and assigned tasks
• Effective time management and job prioritization 7. Contribution to firm/team projects
• Continues collaborative efforts toward a common company goal.

Qualifications

• Graduate/MBA/Post-Graduate
• 0-5 years of relevant experience in learning/backend operations.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills, including email etiquette.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, including sorting, removing duplicates, and filtering.
• Ability to collaborate with others and prioritize tasks.

Preferred:

• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint presentation creation.
• Experience with virtual platforms such as Zoom, Saba Meeting/Centra, and MS Teams will be a bonus.
• Demonstrated expertise in handling cases and tickets.
• Strong interpersonal skills and understanding of internal client needs.

Shift timings: 2 PM-11 PM.
