As a Customer Care Executive for the Inbound US Chat Process with a focus on Sales and Upselling, you will be in charge of providing exceptional customer support to clients in the United States while simultaneously selling products and services to enhance revenue. You will be the initial point of contact for consumers who approach us via chat with queries, and your primary purpose will be to guarantee that their needs, questions, and interest in acquiring products and services are met.

Requirements:
