About the Opportunity

As a member of our FM Consulting team, you will collaborate with our client partners to optimize processes and controls that increase capacity and scale. Your obligations will remember the program and task of the executives for the IB Activities (Money Values, Subsidiaries), Reference Information (Item), and Hazard and Money spaces.

The ideal applicant must have great communication skills, including the ability to listen to and absorb information before sharing it with all relevant stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement, and any concerns that may arise. He or she must be able to collaborate with teams to complete assignments within specified deadlines while keeping high-quality standards and exceptional service levels. The ability to take proactive steps and a willingness to take on responsibility outside the specified work area are advantageous.

The ideal candidate should have a strong business comprehension of the monetary business, emphasizing IB tasks (money values, subsidiaries), reference information (items), and chance and monetary spaces. He or she should be proficient in statistics and capable of extracting knowledge from data, as well as excellent at multitasking and innovative problem-solving. He or she should be skilled in PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel, as well as the ability to establish subject matter expertise and lead from the front while working under pressure, managing many objectives, and collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Support business analysis and drive end-to-end delivery in areas such as process transformation, data, and change management.
• Act as the essential resource for all program-related requests and accelerations.
• Prepare and lead monthly business review meetings with the customer.
• Organization of a few administration support points, like client communication, information to the board, asset the executives and BCP, and control and consistency.
• Ensure timely execution of all project deliverables according to the agreed-upon quantity and quality SLAs.
• Responsibilities include hiring, training, and onboarding. Also, divide resources and manage deliveries. Check performance, mentor staff, and manage attrition.
• Liaison with shared services to ensure timely fulfillment of business deliverables, if needed.

Minimum Qualifications-

• Graduation (Bcom, BBA, BBM, BCA)/Postgraduate (Mcom, MBA, PGDM)
• Understanding of investment banking operations, including project teams, processes, and client management.
• Should be familiar with finance, the trade life cycle, investment banking, and derivatives.
• High levels of passion, dedication, and productivity, Proactive, effective influencer, and result-oriented.
• To obtain information from data, you should have strong logical and quantitative ability.
• Time management and the capacity to resolve issues quickly.
• Above average in terms of planning, organization, and time management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Capability to handle and perform certain activities with minimal guidance.
• Must be able to act quickly and decisively when dealing with urgent situations.
• ability to read situations and act within minutes.
• Willingness to continue learning, upgrading skills, and being relevant to business expectations
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with clients and oversee eClerx’s India operations team.
