JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Analyzing a lot of data and developing a clear plan for analytical work related to audits.
• Leading a team in creating a welcoming and inclusive workplace and collaborating well with groups of people with different backgrounds and skill sets.
• Supporting the Onshore Audit and Analytics teams with data transformation, data profiling, and analytics delivery requires close collaboration.
• Recognizing the need for data structures to facilitate the extraction of data from various ERP sources.
• Interpreting data and enhancing performance by applying industry knowledge.
• Becoming proficient with EY’s Helix toolkit in a short amount of time
• Concentrating heavily on fulfilling strict delivery deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Freshmen with less than one year of experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation and soft skills.
• Being able to learn quickly and adapt to change.
• Ability to solve problems.
• Should be willing to work in different time zones.
• Should have a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Should be willing and capable of delivering under tight deadlines, based on business requirements.
