What a typical day looks like:

• Take ownership of user issues and be proactive in dealing with them.
• Monitor system alarms and report any issues that have a substantial impact on the business.
• Monitoring, analyzing, troubleshooting issues, offering code patches, and testing
• Create, build, and use application monitoring solutions to improve application availability and performance in production.
• Conduct root cause analysis if needed and recommend a corrective action plan.
• Develop or propose creative approaches for process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Follow established methods for managing issues and properly escalating unresolved issues to relevant internal teams.
• Maintain issue records for all production processes and ensure that resolutions are under quality assurance testing.
• Follow the defined support delivery process/guidelines, such as Problem.
• Management, event management, change management, SLA compliance, productivity, other application targets, etc.
• Identify and learn about the software that the organization uses or supports.
• Work autonomously to be able to communicate successfully with users, as well as development and support teams, during downtimes and when there are inquiries or concerns to address.
• We need to interact with stakeholders and guarantee a bug-free system is ready for end users.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s in engineering
• Overall, 1-3 years of expertise in the production support sector (L1, L2, and L3 Support).
• Strong Knowledge of SQL and SSAS product
• knowledge in Dot Net/Java/C# is desirable
• Data Management/ETL projects
• Ability to drive efficiency improvement ideas and provide the necessary leadership to the team for the same.
• Show a strong feeling of urgency for high-severity occurrences.
• Highly motivated and ready to join the Systems team.
• Aspire to learn new dynamics of technology
• An enthusiasm for determining the fundamental cause of problems, even when the procedure is arduous.
• Basic ability to edit DotNet scripts a plus
• Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills
