Responsibilities

• Resolving stock issues, licensing, and other miscellaneous tickets.
• Act as a backup for the Order Processing team when the OS pool volume is low.
• Work on sample order processing.
• Work on updating the printer capacity management system (PCMS) ratings.
• Ad hoc tasks during the quiet season.
• Focus on reporting duties and projects.

Pre-order Team:

• Responsible for sharing pricing quotes and utilizing the available resources.
• Communicating and providing feedback to other teams. Resolving order issues and improving the licensing experience within Fresh Prints.
• Checking time frames and licensing-related questions from campus managers.
• Order checks and data entry for reporting. Conduct Shopify/Group order checks.
• Assignment of schools if documentation is received directly from the client.
• Uploading proofs to licensing portals for single-user licenses.

Essential Requirements

• 0-5 years of experience in operations/logistics.
• We are also open to freshers (love a nice newbie with potential!).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Able to work on complex jobs under tight deadlines.
• Capable of making decisions without direct supervision.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
• We are looking for someone comfortable working night shifts.

This role impacts the following:

• How to handle the logistics of campaigns that produce millions of dollars in revenue and involve both offshore and domestic vendors
• How to minimize costs and enhance profit margins for a certain purchase.
• How do you deliver an order in 5 days when the normal turnaround time is 10 days?

Job Location: Work from Home or Remote

Working hours: 6:30 PM-3:30 AM IST, Monday through Friday (somewhat flexible).

CTC: $700 to $1,100 basic salary + $80 night shift allowance per month (base pay modified for experience).
