Responsibilities

• Review applications and pick the finest skills based on requirements.
• Coordinate multiple rounds of assessments and interviews.
• Sourcing through various methods and evaluating resumes and applications
• Communicate with management and other team members to guarantee status updates.
• Any additional obligations delegated.
• Work on sample order processing.
• Focus on reporting duties and projects.

Experience:

• At least 6 months of experience in the HR profession.
• Analytical and process-oriented mindset
• Attention to detail and persistent follow-up
• Capable of prioritizing work and having excellent communication and writing skills.
• Responsible for sharing pricing quotes and utilizing the available resources.
• Communicating and providing feedback to other teams.
• Resolving order difficulties and improving the licensing experience at Fresh Prints.
• Checking time frames and licensing-related questions from campus managers.
• Order checks and data entry for reporting. Conduct Shopify/Group order checks.
• Assignment of schools if documentation is received directly from the client.
• Uploading proofs to licensing portals for single-user licenses.
• Experience in a start-up environment is a significant benefit.
• Experience with internal recruitment is preferred.

Essential Requirements
