Role Summary:
As a data business analyst specializing in Borderox management, your primary responsibility will be to gather, analyze, and translate the difference between business stakeholders and technical teams to collect business requirements to collect, analyze, and translate the business requirements for border reporting and actionable data for border reporting and analytics solutions. You will work closely with insurance teams, including underwriting, claims, and policy management, to define KPIs and require specific requirements for border processes. Your role is important in ensuring accurate, effective, and actionable integration of data in the Bordaro report and dashboard.
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Mathematics, Business Analysis, Data Science, or related fields.
- Data analysis within insurance domains, proven data mapping and reporting experiences, especially border management.
- Data query, proficiency in SQL for data extraction and verification purposes.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
- ETL/ELT familiarity with processes, data changes, and integration tools.
- Strong knowledge of data governance concepts such as data quality and compliance in lineage and borders.
- Familiarize yourself with insurance systems such as policy administration, claim systems, and re-platforms.
Preferred Qualification:
- Master’s degree in the respective field (e.g., data science, business analysis, finance, insurance).
- Exposure to cloud data platforms such as Azure or AWS, which includes AWS glue for experience or data integration in the Azure data factory.
- Experience with data modeling and relationship database design.
- Familiarity and seeded reinforcement, loss reserves, and reporting procedures with border management.
- Experience with agile functioning and equipment such as cumin and confluence for project management.
- Experience in data quality assurance and data safety protocol.

- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, especially regarding insurance data (border, underwriting, claims).
- The ability to translate complex data requirements into clear and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Strong mutual and convenience skills to work with technical teams and business stakeholders.
