 The following responsibilities are applicable:

  • Take complete ownership of any profiles/tasks that have been assigned until the stage of completion. This could be a fresh request or one that has been reallocated.
  • Communicate explicitly in writing with team members, compliance, and RM/GBM as needed (customer).
  • Ensure one reaches the established productivity and quality targets month after month.
  • Profiles will be forwarded for audit (after obtaining all information) within the specified dates.
  • Interfacing with the client liaison group, compliance, front office, and relationship managers as needed, particularly on concerns involving the escalation of pending and aging profiles.

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of KYC, financial regulatory requirements, and AML risk implications.
  • Thorough understanding of legal structures of various client types: financial institutions, corporations, quoted companies, private companies, funds, SPVs, etc.
  • Proven skill sets in analyzing the implications of mergers and acquisitions on the legal identities & ownership structures of corporations, FIs & funds.
  • Good understanding of financial regulatory rules.
  • Able to interpret complex regulatory changes and assess their implications.
  • exceptional communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
  • Proven experience with banking platforms and a strong understanding of MS Office
  • Self-driven.
  • 12 months of KYCS experience.
