Your role and responsibilities:
As a Process Associate Procure to Pay (P2P), you will be responsible for handling payments in the accounting system and operating vendor accounts. You should be willing to work in shifts.

Your primary responsibilities are:

Coordinate all accounting activities linked with procurement and payment.
Identify potential threats and advise appropriate measures.
Stick to SLAs and timeframes.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Commerce graduate with a focus on Accounts Payable
• Ability to match invoices, identify errors, resolve exceptions, prioritize invoices, and reduce aging
• Working knowledge of basic accounting and accounting principles
• Proficient in addressing inquiries and taking follow-up actions
