Job Description
- Assist the recruiting and staffing teams to enable successful launches, with the overarching goal of generating a great experience for both our clients and employees.
- Execute defined policies and procedures to ensure adequate onboarding for new hires.
- Collaborate with recruiting and staffing specialists to guarantee timely job board postings for all locations, as needed.
- Ensure that every record requested by our Human Resources staff is completed accurately and properly, meeting all agreed-upon timeframes.
- Collaborate with multiple universities and college career advisors to create a pipeline of recent graduates for non-attorney and entry-level attorney positions.
- Assist recruiters in doing availability checks on our veteran candidate group for prospective projects.
- Perform administrative activities related to our employment needs.
Eligibility
- A bachelor’s degree is desirable, although similar job experience will do.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word are essential.
- Self-motivated, poised, and dedicated to providing excellent service to both internal and external clients.
- Must be able to blend good teamwork and collaboration abilities with autonomous thought.
- Highly self-motivated and able to operate autonomously in a remote setting.
- Demonstrated a collaborative approach and willingness to assist when needed to promote the department’s overall success.
