JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage the ticket queue.
- Monitor incoming customer ticket requests and route/troubleshoot.
- Should have demonstrated knowledge of computer systems and functions.
- Manage and deliver user account provisioning.
- Support business software, including Microsoft Office. · Seeking a Service Desk specialist with strong customer service skills to join the Rackspace FLR team.
- Ensure all tickets are resolved satisfactorily within the SLA.
- Provide call logging and basic special assistance to guests. You will also guarantee that all tickets are monitored and followed up on.

- Follow the ITIL paradigm to manage tickets throughout their lifecycle. · Provide regular updates to customers about their open tickets.

ROLE:

- Expertise in Windows 10 OS (deployment and support), Office 365 (users and groups), and Active Directory (creation and management of user accounts, distribution/security groups).
- Basic understanding of Azure.
- Proficiency in incident management and hardware/software troubleshooting. Experience with device OS installation or re-imaging. Knowledge of cross-platform basic troubleshooting activities such as ping and traceroute.
