Job Descriptions: We are looking for a Customer Support trainee who will be responsible for customer software assumption and support

Key Responsibility

1. Client Support:

  • Monitor and promptly assist clients via various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Troubleshoot & provide complete instructions or solutions to resolve client tickets.
  • Act as a communication between clients and internal teams, increasing difficult issues or feedback as necessary to confirm timely resolution.
  • Guide clients in the effective use of the SP digital logistics platform, addressing inquiries related to account setup, navigation, features, and functionalities.

2. Training and Onboarding:

  • Help in the creation of support documentation and tutorials to permit clients in self-service troubleshooting and onboarding.
  • Conduct complete user training sessions via phone calls and emails.
  • simplify a smooth onboarding process, confirming users have the necessary knowledge and resources.
  • Respond quickly to user inquiries, providing clear and concise guidance.

Qualifications:

  • graduate degree in engineering, business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
  • Good in Excel and/or Presentation.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to carry technical information clearly and in short to non-technical clients.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and an energetic approach to resolving client problems and inquiries.
  • Any experience with basic technical troubleshooting, logistics software, CRM tools, a help desk, or similar client-facing responsibilities is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as required to support client business needs.

  • Take ownership of work assigned and perseverance to closure.
  • Quick learner and internal drive for continuous improvement.
  • Experience or interest in software or technology customer support.
  • unexpected interpersonal skills and the ability to identify with clients’ requirements and problems.
