Job Description:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide resolutions via voice channels.
- Ensure adherence to process guidelines and compliance.
- Maintain professionalism and accuracy during customer interactions.
- Achieve individual and team KPIs and performance standards.
- Flexibility to work in 24×7 rotational shifts with two rotational week-offs. Should have an internet connection and power backup.
- Excellent command of English (verbal and written).
- Applicants must be residents of Gurgaon or Mumbai.
- prior Customer Support experience
- A self-motivated and highly flexible team member.
- Quick learner and problem-solving mindset.
- Strong attention towards work and solving the customer query.
- Representing teleperformance at all times.

- The candidate also knows about the banking processes.
- The candidate should be available for the calling and chat process.
- Training is provided at the onsite location.
