Responsibilities:
- Ensure ideal response to the relative number of tickets raised by the customer
- Adhere to the administration’s quality limits for satisfaction
- Act as the caretaker of the client’s organization/server/framework/capacity/stage/foundation and all other hardware tracks Act as the caretaker of each track of their legal functioning and maintenance
- Keep track of the number of tickets raised (dial home/email/visit/IMS) and ensure proper resolution as per the specific target period
- Do basic testing of raised tickets and take action to fix the issue to ensure proper customer fulfillment
- Acknowledge high-demand tickets/administration and provide immediate target
- Present and design programming and equipment requirements as per administration demands
- Adhere to 100 percent adherence to ideality as per the requirement of each issue, control customer assumptions, and ensure zero acceleration
- Give application/client access as per customer needs and requests to ensure proper resolution
- Track all tickets from acceptance to the target stage as per the target time set by the customer.
- Continue to strengthen the ideals of critical information/records and board assets to ensure that the system is of good quality for client fulfillment.
- Coordinate with the on-location group for complex problem objectives and ensure convenient client overhauling.
- Survey the logs that Talk BOTS accumulates and ensure that all help requests and issues are resolved on time.
