Job Description

The function aims to provide effective technical support to the process and actively handle customer issues directly or through timely escalation to satisfy process SLAs.
Attend product training to keep up with product features, changes, and upgrades.
Enroll in product-specific and other training based on client requirements and recommendations.
Collaborate with team leaders to develop and discover training themes and learning difficulties to better serve clients.
Participate in self-learning activities and develop personal networks to keep your job-related knowledge up to date.

Skills

Handling any incoming help requests from clients via phone and/or email in a pleasant manner.
Document any relevant end-user identification information, including name, department, contact information, and the nature of the problem or issue.
Update your availability in the RAVE system to ensure the productivity of the procedure.
Record, track, and document all questions received, problem-solving steps done, and total successful and unsuccessful resolutions.
Follow normal standards and procedures to resolve all client inquiries.
Ensure client concerns are resolved under contract SLAs. Utilize internal knowledge bases, resources, and frequently asked questions to ensure efficient problem response.
Identify and learn relevant product details for better client interaction and troubleshooting.

Eligibility

Provide product assistance and resolution to clients by diagnosing questions and helping users through step-by-step solutions.
Assist clients in exploring product menus and encourage a better knowledge of product features.
Resolve all client inquiries in a user-friendly, courteous, and professional way.
Maintain logs and records of all client queries according to normal procedures and requirements.
All incoming calls and emails should be accurately processed and recorded using the appropriate tracking software.
Provide alternate options to clients (when applicable) to keep customers’ and clients’ business.
Organize ideas and effectively express oral messages suitable for listeners and contexts.
Follow up and make planned callbacks to clients to record comments and confirm compliance with contracts/SLAs.
