Support process by managing transactions according to the required quality specification
- Fielding all the upcoming requests from customers through telephone and/or email in a polite manner
- All relevant final user identification information, including name, department, contact information, and problem or nature of the problem
- Update your availability in the Rave system to ensure the productivity of the process
- Records, tracks, and all the questions get, the steps of problem-solving that were taken, and the total successful and unsuccessful resolutions
- Follow standard procedures and procedures to solve all customer questions
- Solve customer questions according to the SLA defined in the contract
- Questions to assist in internal knowledge bases, resources, and frequently asked questions, and provide effective solutions to customers
- Identify and learn the suitable product details to facilitate better client interactions and troubleshooting
- Document and analyze the call log to spot the highest trends to solve upcoming issues
- Maintain and update individual documents for customers to speed up resolution time
- Identify the red flag and pursue serious customer issues for the team leader in matters of untimely resolution
- Ensure all the product information and revelations before and after the call/email requests
- Legal challenges are avoided by complying with service agreements
Provide excellent customer service through effective diagnosis and troubleshooting of customer questions
- Provide product assistance and resolution to customers by diagnosing questions while guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
- Help customers with the convenience of navigating around the product menu and a better understanding of product facilities
- Prevention of all customer questions in a user-friendly, humble, and professional manner
- Keep logs and records of all customer questions according to standard procedures and guidelines
- Process and record all incoming calls and emails using the specified tracking software
- Provide alternative solutions to customers with the objective of maintaining customers
- Organize ideas and communicate effective oral messages suitable for listeners and conditions
- Scheduled Call Back to Customers to Record Reaction and Scheduled Call Back to ensure contract compliance
